The banner exchange

What is a Banner Exchange?

A banner exchange is a group of web sites that exchange advertising with each other. Each web site has an banner advertisement that displays other web sites' banners. By displaying ads on their web site, banner exchange members generate free Advertising and site-linking for their own banners. At the bottom of this page you will see an example of a rotating 468x60 pixel banner.
We are the 'middle man' in the process, delivering and rotating banners on your web site with each request. When a banner is clicked on, we process the click-thru, and direct the individual to the respective member web site. In return for our services, we capture 1 out of every two banners displayed on our network, and use the ad space for sponsor advertising. Using a banner exchange is a great way to gain exposure for your web site. Your advertising is spread across an array of web sites, maximizing visibility. Our banner exchange will always be a free service.

What do I need to join?

You will need two things to join TheBannerExchange.com: An image (your banner)and a website. If you want to display our banners on your site in exchange for credits, you will be provided with a HTML code to insert into your web page. This HTML code will automatically display an exchange banner in your web page, and in return you will generate advertising credits for your banners.

What is a Banner?

A banner is an image that you use to promote your webiste. If you do not have a banner, we can create one for you for $40, or you can use a graphics program. On your banner you place your advertising message like "Click here to Buy books from Amazon.com". Your banner is advertised on our network along with a pool of banners from other members.
We allow 5 sizes of banners:
      -Full Banner (468x60 pixels)
      -Leaderboard (728x90 pixels)
      -Medium Rectangle (300x250 pixels)

Yachtmaster II Model # 116688 - 18 K Gold Rolex

The Oyster case is one of the foundations of the reputation for excellence of Rolex watches. Invented by Rolex in 1926, it was the world’s first waterproof case for a wristwatch thanks to its patented system of screwing down the bezel, case back and winding crown against the middle case. Like the mollusc, the Rolex Oyster is robust and clamped shut.
It provides a hermetic environment that protects the high-precision Perpetual movement from water, dust, or pressure.

Manufactured by Rolex from an extremely hard ceramic material since 2005, the exclusive Cerachrom bezel insert and monobloc bezel have excellent anti-corrosion properties and keep their vibrant colours over time. They are virtually scratchproof, and are unaffected by exposure to sunlight as well as to chlorinated or sea water. To inscribe the numerals and graduations on such a hard material, Rolex developed a unique process which culminates in their being coated with a thin layer of yellow gold or platinum.
It takes 40 hours to produce each Cerachrom bezel.
At Rolex, no measure is too extreme in the pursuit of beauty and function.

By operating its own exclusive foundry, Rolex has the unrivalled ability to cast the highest quality 18ct gold alloys. According to the proportion of silver, copper, platinum or palladium added, different types of 18ct gold are obtained: yellow, pink or white. They are made with only the purest metals and meticulously inspected in an in-house laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment, before the gold is formed and shaped with same painstaking attention to quality. Rolex's commitment to excellence begins at the source.

Pankaj Ghemawat - World 3.0 online

You can have a free online course based on this book.
 Proffesor Ghemawat is very special.
The course is Globalization of Business Entreprise on www.coursera.org
The course is broken up into eight sessions
 1. Globalization and Globaloney This session will focus on how globalized the world is, how the data in that regard compare with people’s intuitions on the subject, possible reasons for the discrepancies observed, and their implications.
 2. The CAGE Distance Framework This session will focus on understanding the cross-country differences that underlie observed levels of globalization, summarized in terms of the CAGE distance framework, where “CAGE” is an acronym for Cultural, Administrative (institutional and political), Geographic and Economic distances among countries.
 3. Understanding Cultural, Administrative, Geographic and Economic Distances The four sessions that follow will look in greater depth at each of the components of the CAGE framework and their implications for business. a. Cultural (Session 3) This session will focus on cultural distance, which encompasses differences in religious beliefs, race/ethnicity, language, and social norms and values. b. Administrative (Session 4) This session will focus on administrative differences, by looking at how international differences in capital and labor systems affect the ways in which business enterprises are structured and governed around the world. c. Geographic (Session 5) This session will look at how cross-border interactions are influenced by physical distance and by other geographic considerations, such as whether contiguity, within-country distances to borders, access to the ocean, topography, and even time zones. Attention will also be paid to the degree to which cross-border interactions are regionalized. d. Economic (Session 6) Consumer wealth and income and the cost of labour are the most obvious (and related) determinants of economic distance between countries. This session will focus on these and other differences such as availability (or lack) of resources, inputs, infrastructure and complements, and organizational capabilities. 7. The Implications of Distances for Business Strategy This session will review three broad strategies for dealing with differences: Adaptation, to adjust to differences across countries to achieve some local responsiveness; Aggregation, to overcome some of the differences across countries and thereby unlock cross-border economies of scale/scope; and Arbitrage, to exploit some of the differences across countries in order to achieve absolute efficiency. 8. The Implications of Distances for Personal Strategy This session will focus on the individual rather than the company level and will discuss, in particular, some of the implications for personal development. It will also provide a course summary.

Microhydrin-review - life elongation

Romanian inventor Henry Coanda (1886-1972-jet propultion effect inventor) also invented the Water of Life. He discovered a population of IRAN in majority living over 100 years each man an woman. The secret was the water they drank, coming from an iceberg. So, Coanda studied the ice and water state of prapagation. Because he was too old to finish his invention, he gived his invention to his assistant and friend - US citizen Patrick Flanagan. Flanagan has continued the research and now we have the most powerful antioxidant in the world, based on Coanda and Flanagan invention. - MICROHYDRIN. HYDRIN comes from HIDRO- means WATER.
