By becoming an affiliate
- Earn $1 for every member referred who answers at least one survey

We expect our affiliates to act according to high standards and abide by the following rules: 
Leger Marketing will pay affiliate network participants $1.00 for each unique new registrant who links from an affiliate member’s web site. Each new registrant must fill out the sign-up form on www.legerweb.com, confirm membership by clicking on the link received by e-mail once they have registered and completed at least one survey.
Unique member means the e-mail address is unique compared to other members already registered on Legerweb.com. We limit membership to one member per household determined by physical address.
1. Affiliate members will be able to cash out as long as they have accumulated at least $20.00 of combined references from panellists and surveys answered. You cannot cash out more than $20.00 at a time and payment must be received before proceeding with another request.
2. Affiliate members must maintain proper Internet etiquette at all times, no spamming or misleading news group postings. Violations of any law or false advertising are unacceptable and are grounds for termination of membership. We accept no liability for any materials on your site.
3. Affiliate members will not be compensated for any duplicate or incomplete sign-ups nor will affiliate members be paid for any fraudulent sign-ups produced solely to generate revenue for the affiliate member, but that are not authentic or genuine sign-ups as determined by Leger Marketing. This includes both sign-ups generated by automated software or 'bots.'
4. We will provide you with Legerweb.com panel banners and/or links to place on your server to link members from your site to Legerweb.com. You understand and agree to use the links we provide to be properly credited for unique member sign-ups.
5. You will have sole responsibility for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all the materials that appear on your site. To this end, you indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from all claims, damages and expenses relating to the development, operation and contents of your site.
6. You agree to make sure that your site does not copy or resemble the look and feel of Legermarketing.com / Legerweb.com’s Website or create the impression your site is our site or a part of our site.
7. You are welcome to use an opt-in e-mail list to solicit new participants, but only through an opt-in email list. Under no circumstances should unsolicited e-mails (spam) be sent to anyone using our name or website URL.
