There are a lot of specialised websited that help you to send money online using only your email adress and a credit card.

These services are called Payment processors.

The  bests payment processors (my opinion)  are :

Neteller and Moneybookers (Skrull) issues debit cards that you can use to buy goods from the internet. Paypal issue credit cards and debit cards for US citizens only ( If you have  renewed information, please leave a comment  for this article and I will publish it).
Neteller also offer an software that generates cards numbers and you can use that software to buy online.

How to move money from Neteller to Paypal account

I tried to find out methods  to move some money from Neteller to Paypal account and  today I have the answer.  I've  verified it and it's perfect. Two days ago I have applied for an Neteller debit card. This card has no cost (issuing cost or dormant fee).

Today I received this card in my mail box and I used it to pay with Paypal. It works. You can use this card to validate your Paypal account or to make payments using Paypal.

To clarify how to move money from Neteller to Paypal, I wrote an email to Neteller Customers Support, and this is what they responded me about this subject :

Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer funds from your Paypal account to your NETELLER account as we are competitors. If you want to transfer the funds in your NETELLER account to your Paypal account you will need to make a withdrawal first, either by sending your funds back to your bank account or withdrawing your funds via your NET+ Card and then depositing it into your bank account. You will then need to deposit the money to your Paypal account.

Procedure to view advertisments
After signing up, find the VIEW ADVERTISMENT OR ADVERTISMENT -TAB. There are 4 advertisment and you must click on them. View each advertisments for 30 seconds and than your account will be credited. IF you want more information, continue to read: Click daily advertisments until you will have 80 clicks = 80 cents. Move this amount in renting referrals balance end rent your first 3 referrals for 0.75 cents (0.25 cent eachx3) for 30 days. I use Paypal for more than one year and my opinion is that is a safe payment processor. If you have some issues with merchants, you can complain to Paypal and they will block the money and will give your money back into your account, if you can make resonable proves.
